Bar of the Week (botw) was established in 1998. Botw is Your guide to the absolute coolest DJ-bars and night clubs in Stockholm. Botw is updated and issued by our independent evaluation team. Our objective is to provide people who want to explore the night life in Stockholm with regular (monthly) updates of what is cool. Botw is provided as a free service to the clubbers of Stockholm who want to enjoy the best beats and mingle with the crowds. Enjoy your life!!!

• SERVICE LEVEL BAR
Bartender's servicemindness, awareness, speed of work, effectivness and organization of the work.

• MUSIC & DJs
DJ's ability of spinning good and spiritual music, mixing, the DJ's spirit and the sound quality and level etc...

• MINGLE LEVEL
Ease to mingle, mingle friendly environment, personality of the people at place

• BABES/HUNK LEVEL

DECORATION
Interior design, lights, arts and deco.

• ROOM LAYOUT
Disposition of the place and positioning of the bar and other furniture. Easiness to move around in the premises.

• LAVATORIES
Hygiene and comfort (hot water, soap, mirror, towels etc)

• GENERAL IMPRESSION

Every single category is individually evaluated according to following scale:

10=Top of the range, absolute worldclass
9=Absolutely fantastic
8=Very good
7=Good
6=Reasonably, quite alright
5=just passed
4=failed, actually bad, improvements please!
3=really bad, serious efforts of improvement, please!
2=lousy, shape up or close down!
1=really awful, close the place!

From all participants evalutaions of the eight categories is calculated a total value with two decimals. Finally, to get a Grand Total, the sum of all evaluated categories is divided with the number of evaluated categories. Grand Total is shown with two decimals, hereby minimising the possibility of bars reaching the same position on the Top 30 Hall of Fame. Also note that no category is weighted, every category has the same importance.
